Update

I've left my last nanny family and was unemployed for about 6 weeks. I'm working with a new family that is 5 blocks from home. The children are 2 girls aged: 4 & 2. The hours are similar to my old position, but the pay and appreciation are better.
We've decided to bite the bullet and move on with IVF. We met with a Dr./clinic recommended by one of DH's co-workers. We really like Dr. Opie (that's what we call him since we can't figure out how to say his last name and have asked too many times). He gave us a 70% chance of IVF working. I just had a CCT done and all hormone levels are normal so I'm ok to wait 6 months on the IVF. The plan is now to save money like crazy, lose more weight, continue acupuncture to keep my liver function up and shoot for IVF start date in August. I have to have the HSG test repeated and have a SHG done before IVF. The plan is to get those done in June/July. Also, in June/July I need to sit down with my employers and figure out if they can work with me or if I'll be unemployed again.
I'm feeling really hopeful. We met with the financial counselor at the clinic and found out that all of the embryology fees can be charged to DH's $15,000 lifetime max insurance coverage which will cut $5,000-6,000 off our total bill. Woo-hoo!
