Well, DH and I finished the RESET bar/shake program on Thursday. We each weighed ourselves on Friday morning and... I lost 4 lbs!! I'm super excited! DH lost 8 lbs. and he is happy too. I ate food again on Friday and all went well. Weighed myself again today (I really should only weigh myself 1 x a week as I get obsessive, but anyway) and I still am at a 4 lb. lost. Hopefully, my metabolism is reset now and I can eat the new way- slightly modified from what I've been doing- and continue to lose weight.
